2/ Why is your personal data used and on what basis?

ANAIS processes your personal data when you contact our services, by email, by telephone or by any other means of communication. Below are the reasons why we process your data:

  • The management of your application files in the context of recruitment procedures. This processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of ANAIS to have additional human resources. Your consent may be requested so that ANAIS can keep your file in order to propose offers that may correspond to your profile.
  • Commercial management, in particular in order to (1) select service providers, and (2) meet the technical and commercial needs of customers and prospects. This processing is based on (1) the need to carry out pre-contractual and contractual measures, and (2) the need to comply with one or more legal obligations, particularly in the context of invoicing.
  • To respond to and process your requests in the context of exercising your rights under the GDPR. This processing is based on the legal obligation to respect the exercise of rights arising from articles 15 to 23 of the GDPR.
  • To ensure the proper functioning and security of the website. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of ANAIS to improve its website and to offer a secure navigation.
  • To carry out analyses of the website audience. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of JEMS to operate statistics on the visits to its website in order to improve the quality of navigation. You can set your choices regarding this data collection below.

Your information is kept for a period of time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the objectives mentioned above or to satisfy legal, regulatory, administrative or judicial obligations.

Some of your data may be accessible to employees in the administrative, recruitment, human resources, project management, customer and commercial relations, accounting and management control, and IT departments.

ANAIS may communicate information within the ANAIS Group, to its external service providers, subcontractors and partners whose intervention is strictly necessary to achieve one of the above-mentioned purposes.

Finally, within the framework of its legal and regulatory obligations, ANAIS may be required to provide certain data to the police, judicial and/or administrative authorities, in particular within the framework of legal proceedings, when they request it.

In our capacity as data controller, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, in accordance with regulatory provisions, to prevent any breach of confidentiality, availability or integrity of your personal information.
