To succeed in our mission, the approval of your management is essential. At the beginning of the mission, we invite them to experience how we will work with your teams through a hands-on experience. The incredible efficiency of our lean and user-centric approach inevitably convinces them that this is the way to go.
To get things started in the field, we launch a concrete project with a first team to quickly achieve an early success. We usually propose to deliver a (new) digital product, after a design sprint of 1 month and 3 months of incubation/development of the first MVP version. In just a few months, the team is experimenting with the effectiveness of this new lean and user-centric approach. It’s concrete, efficient and above all delivers a good dose of positive energy. Adoption is guaranteed!
Once this first version is launched, we support the team in the continuous improvement of the product through rapid successive iterations. The developments are defined on the basis of user experience and carefully measured product adoption. The team and product rapidly grow together, focusing on data and people and the quest for rapid, tangible and measurable impact at every level.
Driven by the energy of this first project, we then address the rest of your organization. Other projects are initiated with other teams to enable the entire organization to grow. We pay particular attention to supporting your employees with a comprehensive, carefully considered change management plan. We also ensure the implementation of effective general governance to manage these new skills and new modes of operation such as PMO and CMO.
